Easily confused: The 10-pin 2.54 mm box header looks similar — same pin count, twice the pitch. That is the most frequent mis-order.
Important note (Atmel-ICE)
Atmel-ICE has its header pin numbers reversed (standard pin 1 = Atmel-ICE pin 10). Connecting this cable unmodified risks a short circuit and component damage — either order the LEMTA variant with the reversed connector, or cut off the locating lug and plug it in reversed manually.
