Collion® GmbH & Co. KG publishes on collion.de photos of assemblies with a Tag-Connect® footprint, provided by customers and other contributors. The following applies:

Submission. Send photos by email to info@collion.de. Sending a photo does not create a right to publication.

Approval before publication. We send you the edited version — crop, labels and, if you wish, company name and link — for approval, together with a short approval form. We only publish what you have expressly approved with the form.

Your assurance. By approving, you confirm that you may pass the photo on for publication: you hold the rights to the photo, and no confidentiality obligation towards an employer, client or end customer stands in the way. Please do not send photos in which people can be recognised.

Right of use. You grant us the non-exclusive, royalty-free right to publish the approved photo on collion.de in German and English and to edit it for that purpose — crop, size, labels and obscuring individual areas. Use outside collion.de, for example on social networks or in print, requires your separate consent. Your rights in the product, layout and trademarks remain unaffected.

Name and link. We name and link your company only if you wish. Otherwise the photo appears without a name, or with a general reference such as the industry.

No consideration. Nothing is paid for submission or publication, in either direction.

Metadata. Before publication we remove information embedded in the photo, such as camera data, location and time of capture.

Withdrawal. You can withdraw your approval at any time without giving reasons, by email to info@collion.de. We remove the photo, name and link within seven days of receiving the withdrawal; the same applies to changes, for example if only the name is to be removed. We have no control over copies in third-party caches such as search engines or web archives.

Data protection. How we handle your details is set out in our privacy policy, section 3.7.
