For your own layout
- Microchip ICSP: contact 6 is unconnected (MCP) or carries PGM for low-voltage programming (PKT), depending on the cable.
- MSP430: the assignment has nothing in common with the ARM standard — an ARM cable on an MSP430 footprint connects the wrong signals.
