Shipping and Payment

Countries we ship to

We deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, the Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Vatican City.

Shipping costs

Delivery time

We usually ship within 2 working days of receipt of payment or order confirmation. Delivery within Germany takes 1–3 working days on average. Deliveries to all other countries are sent by DHL Priority with an average delivery time of 4–7 working days.

Partial deliveries

If an item is not in stock in the quantity ordered, we do not split the shipment on our own initiative — we contact you first. Usually a short question is enough: how urgent is it, and would part of the order help you right away?

Depending on your answer we either ship the available part in advance and send the remainder as soon as it arrives — usually within one to two weeks, as we have the manufacturer supply us by express — or we hold the shipment until everything is available.

Shipping costs apply per order, not per shipment. An agreed partial delivery within Germany therefore costs you no more than a single combined shipment. For deliveries abroad it depends on the order value; we clarify that in the same message.

Payment methods

We offer the following payment methods (see also Section 4 of our terms and conditions):

• Payment in advance — bank transfer. We ship once payment has been received. If no payment is received within 7 days, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract (Section 2(4) of the terms and conditions).
• PayPal
• Invoice — for business customers, training and research institutions and public authorities, subject to individual approval by us. To order on account, please contact us after registering in the web shop so that we can add the invoice payment option to your customer account. We are also happy to accept your order by fax or in electronic form.

Prices and value added tax

Unless stated otherwise, all prices quoted are net prices in euros plus value added tax at the applicable statutory rate.

For deliveries to traders in other EU Member States holding a valid VAT identification number notified to us, invoicing is carried out under the reverse charge procedure — value added tax is then not shown. The details, in particular the requirement that VAT identification number, company name and billing address match, are set out in Section 3 of our terms and conditions.

Retention of title until payment has been made in full remains unaffected (Section 6 of the terms and conditions).
